A Public Hearing will be held in West Saint Paul at the City Council meeting on January 28, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. You may present written or oral questions to the City Council at that time.
I visited the web sites of Little Canada and Vadnais Heights. Neither of these cities call for repair or replacement of private sanitary sewer lines or their inspection. I believe it is important to let our officials know that we are aware of this. Requiring us to make our sump pumps compliant with building codes is one thing. To force a percentage of us to have our yards excavated at the cost of up to ten grand is unconscionable and excessive.
I urge you all to show up and let it be known that we expect to live in liberty. Free of government oppression. We will not tolerate our elected officials intimidation and scare tactics. They were elected to represent us, not the Mighty Met Council. We must remind them that this is an election year and we will remember how they represent us!
